Well, I’ve got a quick story for you… during the holidays, just before the new year we had a client call us and he was needed to sell, had to sell before the end of the year. Of course, if you’ve ever sold real estate or anything, at the end of the year, it’s always difficult because everyone’s trying to get things done. So this was on December 21st. And so we had Christmas in the middle and then of course, the new year looming right upon that.
He needed to close fast. So we had about six or seven business days I think it was and it was 10 total days to get it done. We were able to close this house, buy this house and the land from him within those 10 days. So we closed on it on December 30th, because the 31st was a Saturday I think. December 30th at four o’clock in the afternoon. So it only took us nine days. I think it might’ve been only six business days to close that transaction. That’s what we mean by fast. That’s how fast we can close if we need to. Sometimes you don’t need to close that fast, but rest assured, if you need something quick, we are here to help.
