This Agency is a REAL company who actually buys homes in any condition or circumstance. My family and I recently sold our home and it was really fast. The employees Kim and Marissa are very nice, generous, and understanding individuals who wants to see you succeed and just generally care about their client’s wellbeing. We had some issues with moving to our new home, but Kim and Marissa was wiling to work with us until we were able to sell our home. They offered us a fair price for the home that was very reasonable. They have helped changed our lives with this process by helping us reach that next step in our lives. Starting with a fair price; very flexible with dates to give me time I wanted; took care of most utility terminations, all legal requirements and documentation.
