So there’s a lot of questions about that. How does that actually work? How can we actually do that without getting within six feet of each other and social distancing? So we could do a lot of these straight from the computer just from looking at the records that we already have. We also are able to, if it’s a vacant house, we can come to, and we can actually do the photographs, and we can do it ourselves as long as government allows us to get on the road. But we can do that, if it’s a vacant house, no problem. We will go take care of it.

We’ve got gloves. We’ve got Lysol wipes, we’ll hand sanitizer, we’ll do all that, the whole nine yards. We don’t even actually have to meet at the attorney’s office anymore. Y’all, that was kind of the hardest thing is in a typical closing, have everybody all in one room, and everybody is next to each other. We don’t have to do that anymore. We can actually send your paperwork to you, and all you have to do is get a notarized, and that’s super easy, way easier than coming downtown to an attorney’s office, and sitting for hours while all the paperwork is signed, no more.
