But I wanted to let you know if you’re here visiting this site or if you’re checking us out on YouTube or Facebook or somewhere else and you’re wondering if you could still sell your house now or if you could sell that property that’s been a burden for you, that’s taken all your money at tax time every year and not really providing you any kind of benefit. You can still sell a house to us. We are still buying houses right now during the pandemic, and then of course after the pandemic we’ll continue, but I just wanted to let you know that we’re still here working.
Columbia Cash Home Buyers, we just purchased a home without even having to go to it. We were able to use FaceTime, Zoom calls. Your cell phones are great, we can get pictures and do virtual tours, but if you’re not living in the house, we could still go check it out. We have masks, we have gloves, we have all those things that will protect you and protect us if needed. But the process is still the same. The only issue might be courthouses, but most of the courthouses are open so we can still close within 30 days for most of our properties. Those type of properties would be something that you want to sell, but it may need some work, like this house behind me. You see there’s some holes in the wall, it’s kind of beat up, but that’s okay. We’ll buy that, we’ll take care of it. You don’t have to worry about it.
Trying to list the house on the market today, it might take a little while, so we can speed that up. If you need to sell it fast, let us know. We can move really quick and buy your house definitely within 30 days depending on title work right now, but even as soon as seven days. We’re here for you.
